The path has not been easy as I have learned, unlearned and re-learned throughout. I still remember when I was given a proj¬ect on the very first day of my job in one of my former companies. I had no clue as to what to do, apart from the process map belore my eyes; I worked the whole day and night since I had to present the findings the next morning. My boss instead of appreciating it, blasted me, which drove me to do a better job. I know I still did nol do il correctly the second lime, but he jusl said one Ihing 'Nothing gets bigger; everything looks small when we reach where we want to'. Guess that has driven me.
