| EmPower Research brought in
the fervor of the festive season of Navratri and Dusshera
into its premises by organizing a Dandiya evening. |

| EmPower's 4th Anniversary Celebration |
| EmPower Research turned four
on June 29, 2008. The anniversary celebration began with
a special cake cutting ceremony and ended with a sumptuous
lunch. |

| EmPower aims at creating a workplace
that inspires employees to pursue new challenges by realizing
their potential. EmPower also strives to enhance motivation
and encourage personal growth through on-the-job learning,
as well as access to a variety of programs tailored to
different needs, management skill improvement training,
and training aimed at enhancing the abilities and skills
of individual employees. |
| Blood Donation Camp |
| Saving lives: EmPower Research
in association with Lions Blood Bank conducted a blood
donation camp at its premises on December 8, 2007. EmPower
Research donors willingly took part for the benefit of
needy patients. Altogether 14 units of blood was donated
by EmPower Research employees. |

| National Children's Day |
| On November 14, 2007, EmPower
Research lent a helping hand to the underprivileged children
of Paraspara Trust by providing support. Paraspara children
visited EmPower Research office and performed cultural
dances and sang folk songs. |

| EmPower Research's Corporate Social Responsibility
Initiative |
| EmPower Research kicked off
its first Corporate Social Responsibility initiative by
taking a step towards going green, and reducing plastic
waste. All employees of the organization were given stainless
steel, re-usable cups. |
