At EmPower Research, corporate citizenship is multi-dimensional and is a behaviour that the organization nurtures amongst its employees tirelessly.

Inclusivity and Diversity

Being a global organization with a global clientele, EmPower Research attracts global citizens as its employees to thrive and succeed in a culturally diverse environment. Nearly 50 percent of our workforce is women, encouraging a huge cultural shift, especially in developing countries such as India.

Our Global Research Center is located in Bangalore, India, a city that has thrived with the country’s economic liberalization programs and in being the silicon valley of Asia. EmPower Research has set up an additional small facility in Tumkur, a near-by Tier III town. This is our way of spreading development and enabling people outside the cities to participate in an increasingly networked and globalized economy.

Supporting social causes

EmPower Research and its employees support various NGOs in social upliftment initiatives.

Some of our recent participation includes:

• Sale of hand made products, by individuals with special needs – Possibilities Unlimited
• Supported CRY and theme was “Right to Education”, in the Sunfeast marathon
• Donations for organizing lunch at Rakum School of Blind on the occasion of Foundation Day of EmPower
• Charity sale of hand-made T-Shirts, by individuals with special needs – Possibilities Unlimited
• Conducted a musical program and arranged for lunch for the children of Rakum School of Blind. Contributed old clothes and cash donations
• Diwali sale held, sale of Diyas painted and decorated by children of Bethany Special School – Special World

• Invited the children from Santhosh Home of Children to perform during the inauguration of the new office of EmPower, arranged for lunch and donations for their cause
